All grafts, all adjustable, all secure

Building on more than 25 years of experience in cortical fixation technology, the ULTRABUTTON Adjustable Fixation Device Family offers ultra-strong*1-4 fixation with low displacement during cyclic loading.*1,2,5-8

Featuring low-profile1,2,9,10 titanium buttons and expressly designed for graft protection, the expanded range offers dedicated solutions for all graft types and knee locations:

  • Quadriceps tendon: The ULTRABUTTON QUAD Device offers integrated button fixation and suture management with an average graft preparation time of under 4 minutes**7 and greater mean repair strength***1,11
  • Bone-tendon-bone (BTB) and quad tendon-bone (QT-B): The ULTRABUTTON BB Device features an open loop design to facilitate graft attachment in under 2 minutes,**12 shown to offer a stronger mean repair in bone block femoral fixation****11
  • Hamstring: The ULTRABUTTON Device’s large contact area helps to protect the graft, with interlocking adjustment requiring minimal force to reduce the loop13-17 while maximising graft in the tunnel
  • Tibial fixation:The ULTRABUTTON TIB Device is available in three sizes to accommodate common tunnel diameters and is suitable for quadriceps and hamstring grafts. An ultra-low profile small button18 facilitates all-inside techniques and medium/large sizes are preassembled for fewer technique steps
