1. Application of Terms. S+N has developed the Wound Percentage Change Calculator (Tool) for use by customer healthcare organizations (Customer(s)) and Customer’s healthcare professionals (User(s)).
1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Use (Terms) apply to any use of the Tool by Customers and Users, and by accessing the Tool each Customer and User confirms their acceptance of and agreement to these Terms.
1.2. Any use of the Tool in any other manner, including, without limitation, resale, transfer, modification or distribution of the Tool or text, pictures, logos, music, user and visual interfaces, barcodes, video, data, code, hyperlinks, displays, and other content associated with the Tool (Content) is prohibited. This also governs any updates to, or supplements or replacements for, this Tool unless separate terms accompany such updates, supplements or replacements, in which case the separate terms will apply.
