Nate brings more than two decades of global Orthopaedics leadership experience, spanning commercial and operational roles across large medical technology organizations.
Nate has held senior global Orthopaedics leadership roles at CONMED, Stryker, and Zimmer, including Vice President and General Manager of Orthopedics at CONMED and President of Zimmer’s Trauma Division and General Manager of Zimmer Canada, where he had end-to-end responsibility for large Orthopaedics businesses across multiple product lines and markets. Most recently, Nate has served as CEO of Orchid Orthopedic Solutions, where he led a significant business turnaround delivering profit growth and sustainable improvements.
Nate was a helicopter pilot in the United States Army and a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
