POLARCUP performance
Combining the advantages of low friction and use of a large femoral head, 6,7 the POLARCUP System is designed to treat primary and revision cases in patients who are susceptible to dislocation and need greater stability. Demonstrating excellent clinical and functional outcomes, 1-3,8-11 the POLARCUP System is available in cemented and cementless variations and has a clinical history of more than 20 years.9,10
The POLARCUP Cementless System has demonstrated:
- 97.4% survivorship at 7.1 years3
- Excellent 10-year mean total WOMAC score of 13.9 (range 0-75)**1
- Low dislocation rates of 0-0.7%1-3
