NANOS◊ Neck Preserving Hip Stem
Developed to support metaphyseal anchorage and load distribution, with minimal bone resection
The concept of neck preservation
Based on the principle that retention of the femoral neck helps retention of the offset, the NANOS Neck Preserving Hip Stem features an anatomical design and is intended to help remove the need for modulatory/different offset implant types.
Based on the analysis of medial and lateral internal geometries and the position of the femoral head centre, an arched stem design follows the cancellous channel of the femoral neck into the femur.
