Surgical incisions

PICO sNPWT is indicated for all closed surgical incisions, including (but not limited to):*

  • Cardiothoracic surgery
  • Abdominal surgery
  • Obstetric and gynaecological surgery
  • Orthopaedic surgery
  • Breast surgery
  • Cardovascular Surgery

Hard-to-heal wounds

Use PICO sNPWT in the treatment of hard-to-heal chronic and acute wounds, such as:*

  • Diabetic foot ulcers
  • Venous leg ulcers
  • Surgical wound dehiscence


* Wounds greater than 2cm must use a wound filler alongside PICO sNPWT. Bilateral incision management available with the PICO 7Y System only.

**Compared to the PICO 7 and PICO 1.6 Systems.
