Engineering (Robotics, Automation and Manufacturing)

As a newly qualified engineer, you will work with experienced and senior engineers on a range of products and projects within one of our franchises: Orthopaedic Reconstruction, Advanced Wound Management, Sports Medicine and ENT.
You will:

- Support manufacturing in delivering quality products to the customer on time 
- Analyse technical manufacturing problems and customer issues related to design, process and function
- Provide solutions to maintain efficient flow of product
- Implement and monitor cost-saving initiatives

Quality Engineering

In Quality Assurance, you will work with cross-functional product development and sustaining teams to develop, commercialize and maintain high quality, innovative and compliant medical devices.

You will:

- Lead and support product testing and risk management 
- Ensure compliance to design controls 
- Serve as a key resource for associated ISO, MDR and QSR requirements 
- Collaborate with supplier quality group to resolve supplier issues
- Perform process capability, determine design acceptance and analyse trends.

Research & Development

As a member of our Research & Development team you have the opportunity to work with experienced and senior engineers to develop tomorrow’s healthcare breakthroughs. 

You will: 

- Work on a range of products and projects within one of our franchises
- Design new products and make changes to existing designs
- Coordinate project team activities and clinical evaluations of products
- Perform product testing and analysis to verify safety 
- Provide engineering support for Quality and Compliance activities.

Regulatory Affairs

Preparing US and international regulatory submissions and strategies is vital to bringing our products to market. You will gain experience in:  

- Preparing global regulatory submissions 
- Developing regulatory strategies, testing requirements and other documentation 
- Communicating with FDA and other regulatory bodies about submissions 
- Assuring regulatory submissions meet product launch timelines 
- Reviewing and approving change requests for design, manufacturing and labelling changes.

Supply Chain

Our Global Supply Chain ensures that our products reach our internal and external customers wherever and whenever needed. Working on business critical projects in different areas of Global Supply Chain, you will gain experience in:
