Durch die Wundflüssigkeit bildet sich ein Gel, das ein idealfeuchtes Wundmilieu schafft und somit die Heilung beschleunigt.2,4,5,7,8,10 Ausserdem wird die Heilung durch Stimulation der Granulation unterstützt.1,2,4,6 IODOSORB Dressing ist wirksam gegen ein breites Spektrum an Keimen1,3,8,11,13,14 und kann auch auf infizierten Wunden angewendet werden.2,11
