Is there a pressure range limit for the RENASYS WOUND+ Dressing?​ ​

The recommended negative pressure range when RENASYS tNPWT is used with RENASYS WOUND+ Dressing is from -80 to -125mmHg.

Is there a depth limit for the RENASYS WOUND+ Dressing?​

There is no depth limit for RENASYS WOUND+ Dressings; however, RENASYS WOUND+ Dressings should make contact with the wound bed if the dressing does not make contact with the wound bed, then a filler should be used.

Can I move the pre-cut hole on the RENASYS WOUND+ Dressing?​

Yes, the existing pre-cut hole can be moved if needed. When the hole is moved, it will need to be covered with part of the provided retention strips to ensure seal.

Can I cut the RENASYS WOUND+ Dressing?​

Yes. The RENASYS WOUND+ Dressing is fully customizable and can be cut to ensure the best fit for each wound given the patient's anatomy or to accommodate other medical hardware (i.e., drains, external fixators, etc.).

Does the wear time change if I use a filler with the RENASYS WOUND+ Dressing?​

Yes. When a filler is used, the RENASYS WOUND+ Dressing can stay in place up to 3 days. When a filler is not used, the dressing can stay in place up to 7 days.
