Video Information

In this video, Dr Lemos discusses different graft and allograft choices for ACL reconstructions. He shares the relevant, published study outcome data on the functional outcomes of different graft types for ACL reconstruction. On his concluding slide and in his opinion, he states that autografts are a surgeon/patient comfort and should be used on younger patients. He also states that allografts can be used in multi-ligament knee cases, are for "older" patients, and have a lower demand.
