This video shows the anatomy and surgical approach to a femoral head fracture and/or posterior acetabular surgery by showin the anatomy of the short external rotators, piriformis,
superior gemelli, quadratus, femoral circumflex artery and the internus tendon. The surgeon shows how to maintain blood supply to the femoral head, preserve the capsule and protect the nerve.
