Employee Inclusion Groups (EIGs) support our commitment to inclusion and diversity. EIGs are voluntary, employee-led groups that foster a diverse, inclusive and equitable workplace, creating a culture that supports diversity of thought, background and perspective.

Our EIGs cover a broad spectrum of diversity and provide a network for employees to engage and collaborate.

Setting you up for success

We support you to develop your career with a mix of on-the-job experience, ongoing support and mentorship from colleagues and formal learning opportunities.

We ensure that you are set up for success. Each year, you will:

  • set objectives with your manager
  • plan your development using our 70-20-10 approach
  • have formal quarterly check-ins with your manager
  • complete an end of year review.

We consider and rate each individual’s performance in an annual process (‘performance calibration process’) to ensure fairness and consistency, which takes place in January. We provide a distribution of ratings as a guide, but we do not use a system of forced performance ranking.

Our mental health first aider programme has now been rolled out in multiple countries. Mental health first aiders are often just 'someone to talk to' but they are also trained to help identify when help is needed, identify the level of support needed and signpost people to helplines, counselling and professional support.
