Dealing in Securities

Directors and employees of the Company are required to comply with the Listing and Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority, the Financial Services and Markets Act and the Market Abuse Regulations, all of which govern the dealing in securities when in possession of price-sensitive information.

Our securities Dealings Codes ensure that directors, employees and persons connected to them do not place themselves under suspicion of abusing price-sensitive information that they may have or be thought to have, especially in periods leading up to the announcement of results.
