Video resumen

In this video, Dr Arendt discusses the diagnostic workup of recurrent lateral patellar instability. She shows different ways to diagnose instability via radiographs and physical examination, noting that when a knee is instable, that doesn't always mean something is wrong with the patella. Her take home messages are; check patella height, use more than one method to measure, reconsider the value in TT-TG measures, rehabilitate faulty body movements, and LPD and dysplasia is a disease of the youth.
