Video Information

In this video, Dr Michael Freehill discusses the challenges and constraints of rotator cuff repair. He shares study information on if the double row should be tied or untied and what the outcomes of both are.

In his conclusion, Dr Freehill states that there are many construct options for success. The choice of construct depends on the attributes of the tear, including size, pattern and tissue quality. He recommends to restore anatomically and to optimize the pressure on the repair, but ensure that it is not over tensioned.
