Video Information

In this video, Dr Müller discusses how to diagnose a patient for a revision hip arthroplasty. He shows different ways to identify if the components have loosened, different positions to x-ray in and the best imaging for spotting loosening. He concludes his presentation saying that radiographs are the main diagnostic tool and that clinical representation, the patient's surgical and health history, as well as serial x-rays, are the keys to diagnosing arthroplastic hip loosening.
