Video Information

In this video, Mr James Robinson discusses how he improves the exposure in a tight medial compartment by releasing the superficial MCL per the MCL pie-crusting technique. He shows two cases where he has drawn the anatomy on the skin and uses a transillumination technique while palpating the area to ensure he is in the right location, then inserts a needle to increase the compartment space.
