Dr Sanders shares his extensive experience in IM nailing including the reasons for product development.
He discusses pertrochanteric fractures and which fractures are applicable for IM nailing, addresses the problems with rotation around the nail or screw and loss of fixation.

Using video and case studies he show how the TRIGEN INTERTAN works - using his experience to demonstrate how it aids reduction and controls compression and stability of fractures.
