Global Supply Chain Graduate Programme

The programme

As a graduate on our development programme, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in supply and demand planning, commercial logistics and distribution, as well as business critical projects.

Working in the different areas of Global Supply Chain ensures that you will gain a thorough understanding of a global organisation with reach in over 100 countries.

During the program, you will also have the opportunity to gain industry recognized Supply Chain certifications.

Our Supply Chain leadership team is fully committed to the programme and when you join us, we will assign you to an Executive Mentor to help you define your longer-term career goals. In addition, you will have access to an extensive support system designed to help you with both short-term and long-term goals.

Focussing on development

The Global Supply Chain graduate development programme is designed to provide you with ongoing opportunities to develop your skills.

  • 'Lunch and Learns' with business leaders are frequently held and cover a combination of hard and soft skills. E.g. leadership and communication, software skills and introductions to current or upcoming projects.
  • 'Innovation bites' with the Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain take place each month and provide our graduates with the opportunity to present an idea that they feel could improve a process or aspect of the Supply Chain organization.
  • Business Q&A Sessions with senior leaders focus on personal development and career planning. These sessions are an opportunity for our graduates to ask senior managers questions about their own career paths, choices and thoughts for the future, in both a formal and an informal setting.
